These cakes each have 2 light layers of orange chiffon, with fruit in the middle, covered with a whipped pineapple topping and topped off with fresh fruit. A good choice if you are craving for something light and fluffy.
The Orange Chiffon cake was excellent! It's not too sweet or heavy like so many cakes on the market those days, but still taste like comfort food. I had a second serving, something I used to never do with cakes. Thanks Sue!
