2009 Halloween Pumpkin Patch Cake

Here is a cake I made for a little girl's 1st birthday. The flowers and butterflies were made of fondant and the little watering can on top was made of white chocolate. This cake was a joy to create. These photos were sent to me from her mom with the following note:"Thank you again, it was a big hit. It is just as good the next day as it was on the first :)"
Pineapple Orange Chiffon Cakes
These cakes each have 2 light layers of orange chiffon, with fruit in the middle, covered with a whipped pineapple topping and topped off with fresh fruit. A good choice if you are craving for something light and fluffy.
