Orange Daisies' Cake

Nothing is more rewarding than having a satisfied customer!
"We, all my family, would like to thank you for the best carrot cake that we ever tasted. We had a little party on Saturday and everyone was impressed with the cake. Everyone said that they cannot believe it is made of carrots."

Flowers and Butterflies Cake

Here is a cake I made for a little girl's 1st birthday. The flowers and butterflies were made of fondant and the little watering can on top was made of white chocolate. This cake was a joy to create. These photos were sent to me from her mom with the following note:
"Thank you again, it was a big hit. It is just as good the next day as it was on the first :)"

Cherry Blossom Wedding Cake

This was my first attempt at a 2-tiered fondant cake. I also used gumpaste for the first time to make the cherry blossoms. It is a carrot cake filled with cream cheese filling and iced with lemon buttercream, covered in fondant. I also made chocolate cupcakes with the remaining cherry blossom flowers.

Sunflower Cupcakes

These sunflower design cupcakes are made of chocolate cake with milk chocolate icing. I used mini-oreos for the center of the sunflowers and different colored m&m's for the ladybugs, bumblebees and caterpillar. I received the 1st place Golden Spatula award in a bake-off contest the first time I made these.
